Laptop won't stay connected to Wifi

Hi,

My laptop model is 15-ay110na. It was working fine but now it won't connect to the Wifi. The laptop picks up the Wifi signal is there and connects but loses the connection almost instantly. My phone is using the same wifi but is working as normal which makes me sure it is an issue with the laptop. I tired resetting the laptop but every time I try this the laptop says there were issues resetting and no changes have been made. Can anyone give me any help fixing this?

Please help.
